We are looking for an enthusiastic commercial or sales professional with drive and determination. Joining a leading personal care contract manufacturer, you will provide first class service to current clients, while nurturing and developing new business.
Key responsibilities:
Identify, approach and onboard new business opportunities
Seek out new development opportunities within the company’s existing business
Maintain high standards and levels and of customer interaction and visibility
Manage the product development process through all stages, liaising proactively with internal teams and external clients
Lead negotiations and submit quotations
Forecast sales budgets with finance, and manage annual customer cost reviews
Plan, host and follow-up customer visits and site tours
Foster cross-functional relationships with company colleagues
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
This role will suit a skilled negotiator who likes to deliver on targets and build long-term success, and has experience in the personal care, household or pet care markets.
The nature of the business means this role is fully site-based.
