Boticário Group has selected the cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE platform developed by Dassault Systèmes to digitally transform the manufacturing of more than 300 million products per year, which are sold under its consumer brands like O Boticário, Eudora, quem disse, berenice?, and Vult.
The Brazilian beauty giant will use the platform’s “Perfect Production” solution to improve the shop floor management of its manufacturing operations and accelerate the manufacturing process at its two production plants in Brazil. From orders to final production, through supply chain management, Perfect Production enables manufacturers and suppliers to improve material flows and to better plan their manufacturing schedule to avoid bottlenecks and the various errors that generate additional costs.
According to Dassault Systèmes: “Increased visibility and control will reduce inventory costs and defects and ensure regulatory compliance. These gains in quality and efficiency will support the company’s competitiveness.”
